About Me

Physical Therapist

As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports rehabilitation, Meg is passionate about helping athletes return to peak performance with strength, precision, and confidence. Her clinical focus centers on the treatment of acute and chronic injuries commonly found in high-impact sports, with a particular emphasis on mixed martial arts (MMA) and combat athletes.

She has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of athletes, including those from the NFL, UFC, MLB, NBA, Olympic discus, Olympic karate, Olympic sailing, elite gymnastics, elite cheerleading, various international football clubs, and international basketball leagues. Meg enjoys exploring the entire athletic continuum—from rehabilitation and biomechanics to performance training.

Her commitment to the field is deeply personal. Having undergone back surgery herself, Meg understands the physical and emotional challenges of recovery. This personal experience has sharpened her empathy, enriched her clinical insight, and reinforced the value of a comprehensive, individualized approach to care. Since her surgery, she has pushed her own athletic limits by competing in CrossFit, triathlons, powerlifting, and MMA. She understands what it means to fight to return to doing what one loves, and she uses that perspective to guide others through their recovery with purpose.

Meg combines evidence-based rehabilitation with sport-specific conditioning to create customized treatment plans aimed at restoring function, enhancing performance, and preventing future injuries. She has worked with athletes of all ages—from middle schoolers to professionals—to improve mobility, optimize movement, and build long-term durability. Her background includes advanced training in manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and strength and conditioning, all grounded in a deep understanding of the biomechanical demands specific to each athlete’s sport.

When she’s not in the clinic, Meg can often be found on the mats, training or studying the mechanics behind powerful, efficient movement. Her mission is to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance for fighters and athletes at every level.
