ReLab Plano specializes in cheer and dance athletes, plus anyone in Plano who wants to get back to their sport. We see athletes and active adults from Plano, Richardson, Allen, Murphy and Garland. Every visit is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Who we help
-
Cheer and dance athletes: tumbling, stunting and jump injuries, plus wrists, ankles, backs and shoulders
-
Youth and high school athletes in every sport
-
ACL, knee and shoulder surgery patients
-
Active adults with back, hip and knee pain
-
Runners and lifters working through injury

How we get you all the way back
-
Return-to-sport testing. Strength, jump and movement testing tells us when you're ready, so you don't go back too early and end up hurt again.
-
Rehab that looks like training. Progressive strength and power work, not just stretching and ice.
-
Advanced tools. Dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, joint mobilization, soft tissue work and movement analysis.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral? No. Texas lets you see a physical therapist directly for a set period. We'll coordinate with your doctor or surgeon when it helps your care.

Do you take insurance? We work with insurance and offer self-pay and our ReLab Access membership. Call us and we'll walk you through your options before your first visit.

How soon can I be seen? Most new patients are seen within 48 hours. Book online in under two minutes.

What happens at the first visit? A 60-minute one-on-one evaluation: your history, movement and strength testing, a clear diagnosis, and a plan you start that day.

Do you only treat elite athletes? No. If you want to get back to the thing you love, whether that's a varsity season or a weekend 5K, you're our kind of athlete.
