Kalen is a sports physical therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist passionate about helping athletes return to high-level performance after injury. As a former collegiate soccer player who experienced multiple injuries, including an ACL tear, Kalen understands the rehabilitation journey from both the athlete’s and clinician’s perspectives.

​

Through completing a Sports Physical Therapy Residency, Kalen gained advanced experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, developing strong skills in return-to-play testing, load management, and performance-based rehabilitation. Kalen especially enjoys working with athletes in contact sports such as football, soccer, and basketball, while being trained to treat athletes across all sports and levels.

Kalen integrates performance training principles directly into rehabilitation to help athletes become fully prepared for the demands of competition. This approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and performance, helping athletes build resilience, confidence, and durability so they can return to sport stronger than before.
