Quinn Callier, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist​ | Cheer and Dance Lead - Plano 

 

Quinn serves as the Lead of the Cheer and Dance Program in Plano, TX. Quinn earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of Texas Southwestern with rotations in orthopedics and sports medicine. Throughout her education, she participated in providing sports coverage for high school football as well as treating high school, collegiate, and professional level athletes.

 

Quinn’s passion for treating the artistic athlete was cultivated by years of cheering and dancing competitively in Houston, Texas, where she also worked as a cheerleading coach at her local gym. Quinn moved to Dallas, Texas for her undergraduate degree at Southern Methodist University in 2018 where she spent four years on the cheerleading team, served as captain of the team, and helped to win an NCA title in the D1A Game Day Division in 2021. Here, she continued coaching and served a key role in the spirit program.

 

As a former cheerleader and dancer, Quinn understands the demands, practice schedules, and unique techniques required by coaches and uses her empathy as a drive to connect the world of cheer and dance with proper rehabilitation and injury prevention. Quinn excels in recognizing faulty movement patterns and providing her athletes with the tools they need, not only to decrease pain in their current injury, but propel them into long-term success in their athletic career. Her passion in delivering one-on-one care so every athlete can perform at their peak, cut

injury risk year-round, and bridge rehab with the unique demands of artistic sports using her cheer and dance background is what sets her apart.

 

Outside the clinic, Quinn enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Dylan, and her two bernedoodles, Charlie and Whiskey. She prioritizes spending time outside, training in the gym, and enhancing her knowledge of health and wellness through podcasts and continuing education.
