Why athletes choose ReLab Fieldhouse
-
One-on-one, every visit. No juggling three patients at once. Your full session is with your physical therapist.
-
Rehab that trains like sport. Strength rebalancing, speed and power work, and objective testing, not just bands and light weights.
-
Built into a performance facility. We sit inside Sports Academy, so the handoff from rehab to performance training happens under one roof.
-
Advanced tools. Dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, joint mobilization, soft tissue work, movement analysis and strength diagnostics.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral? No. Texas lets you see a physical therapist directly for a set period. We'll coordinate with your doctor or surgeon when it helps your care.

Do you take insurance? We work with insurance and offer self-pay and our ReLab Access membership. Call us and we'll walk you through your options before your first visit.

How soon can I be seen? Most new patients are seen within 48 hours. Book online in under two minutes.

What happens at the first visit? A 60-minute one-on-one evaluation: your history, movement and strength testing, a clear diagnosis, and a plan you start that day.

Do you only treat elite athletes? No. If you want to get back to the thing you love, whether that's a varsity season or a weekend 5K, you're our kind of athlete.
